Travelling Divas is acting as a sales agent only not the operator of this tour. We provide the programme on the basis of booking conditions below, provided by Lane Change Escapes as the operator of this experience, combined with Travelling Divas’ Standard booking conditions.
A non-refundable deposit of AUD 1,000.00 per person is payable following a ‘confirmation of booking request’ outlining payment information.
Full payment is due 14 days prior to the Escape start date (15 April 2021)
If the participant withdraws or transfers from the escape, the following refund policy applies:
- If the participant withdraws 90 days or more prior to escape commencement the participant will be refunded any amounts paid over and above the non-refundable trip deposit.
- If the participant withdraws 60-89 days prior to the escape commencement the participant will receive 75% minus the non-refundable escape deposit.
- If the participant withdraws 30-59 days prior to the escape commencement the participant will receive 50% minus the non-refundable escape deposit.
- If the participant withdraws 29 days or less prior to the escape commencement the full escape fee is non-refundable.
- If the participant withdraws due to a;
- COVID 19 Government enforced lockdown due in their area and/or
- A (theirs or a close contacts) positive COVID 19 test result
The participant will be refunded any amounts paid, including the non-refundable deposit. The participant must provide sufficient evidence to support their inability to attend the escape.
All refunds will be paid in Australian dollars as per the cost of the escape listed on https://www.lanechange.com.au/ . Lane Change Escapes is not responsible for any financial loss incurred as a result of currency exchange rates.
If Lane Change Escapes cancels the escape, all monies paid into Lane Change Escapes at the date of cancellation will be refunded. Lane Change Escapes nor Travelling Divas will not be responsible for any additional travel or other costs incurred and associated with the participant’s travel.
Participants must have travel insurance and confirm details to Lane Change Escapes no less than 7 days prior to the escape commencement date.
Each participant must complete a Medical Disclosure Form that will be sent to them via email and must be returned no later than 14 days before escape commencement. Each participant must hereby acknowledge that the escape will include physical activity that may present personal risks to himself/herself and other members of the group.
If the participant arrives at the escape with any cold, flu or COVID 19 symptoms and have not obtained a COVID 19 test with a negative result, the participant will be asked to leave the escape for the safety and welfare or other guests. The participant will not be refunded any amounts paid. It is the participant’s responsibility to take the necessary measures to ensure they are healthy and well prior to the escape.
Lane Change reserves the right to change or amend this policy at any time. The current policy is always applicable.
Travel to and from Pearl Beach is under own arrangements
The property offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so some bathroom facilities will be shared. Anti – bacterial wipes and sanitiser will be provided. Please note this is guesthouse accommodation so daily housekeeping is not provided during your stay.
A willing to share option is not available during COVID.
You will be required to provide a COVID declaration with 72 hours of commencement.
