Terms and conditions
A minimum of 8 passengers is required for this experience to depart. There is a maximum of 12 participants. If minimum numbers are not reached, we will discuss this with you well before departure to finalise how to proceed i.e. requote with less participants or cancel the departure. If the departure is cancelled then your deposit is refunded in full based on the currency you have paid.
Full payment is required by 13 June 2020. Should you wish to pay in installments we are able to accommodate your requirements for this.
A USD$1500 non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of confirmation. Please note that if we convert this to AUD, the deposit is due within 48 hours. If you pay in USD to our deposit account the 7 day payment applies.
Credit card payments will be converted to Australian dollars and a 1.5% merchant fee is applied to visa and mastercard payments. At this time we do not accept American Express.
The price is inclusive of all government service tax and all applicable government taxes. However any change in the tax structure from now will be applied and should there be a price difference this will be applied.
Any part of the tour not utilised is non-refundable
Cancellation penalties apply after confirmation
Included airport transfers are for the day of arrival and departure – any transfers outside of these days are at own expense
Prices quoted are in USD and once full payment is received price is guaranteed. Until that time price is subject to change.
Travelling Divas and its associates reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time due to any unforseen circumstances
Please ensure you advise all food allergies, health issues and any other concerns of this nature on your booking form at the beginning of the booking process, so that this can be managed effectively throughout and suppliers/restaurants etc can be advised. Every effort is made to meet your expectations during this experience, but it is necessary for you to make any special requirements known prior to arrival.
If you have booked a ‘willing to share’ option, it is subject to the availability of another person seeking to share under the same conditions. If this does not occur the single supplement will applied.
If you have booked a ‘willing to share’ option and have a confirmed room mate, should they cancel all attempts will be made to find another person to share with you. However, if this does not occur the single supplement will be applied.
Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months. All nationalities require a visa for India and it can be applied for via
evisaindia.org. Travelling Divas and its associates take all care throughout the tour, but are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind (direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise) you may suffer resulting from cancellation, loss of luggage and personal property, medical expenses and the effects of accident however it is caused. It is your responsibility to insure yourself fully and a condition of travelling with Travelling Divas. Your
travel insurance must be a comprehensive policy that includes cover for loss of deposits paid should you be unable to travel and cancel for any reason, and must include emergency medical evacuation. Please check
