Terms and conditions
A non-refundable deposit of AUD$750 per person is required within 5 days of confirmation.
A $50 non-refundable booking fee will be applied at the time of booking.
We are undertaking COVID safe practices including a declaration form pre-travel, hand sanitiser and face mask provision and working with suppliers who have COVID safe plans.
Final payment is required before 06 July 2021.
The Tour rate is based on a minimum of 8 guests. If this number is not reached, clients that have booked may be offered the same tour at an adjusted rate. If not accepted, Travelling Divas reserves the right to cancel the tour due to numbers not reached. If this happens, deposits will be fully refunded.
Please do not book any airfares for travel until Travelling Divas confirms departure..
Prices quoted are in AUD and are correct at the time of publication.
All rates are subject to change until paid in full. Events beyond our control such as or changes to the cost of services or facilities may result in the prices charged to you being different from those on the website
The price quoted on the website is for cash sales only. If you choose a credit card payment we take payments via Stripe, the link will be on your invoice. Merchant fees are applied at that time. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
There maybe interim payments required where certain services have to be secured in advance or further deposits are required.
We will not be offering a willing to share option on this tour due to Co-vid. Co-vid requirements will be adhered to and the strictest policies followed. However at no time is Travelling Divas liable if you contract Co-vid 19 whilst travelling on this journey.
If for Co-vid reasons we need to postpone the tour and we have received your deposit but not passed on payment to our suppliers, you can choose to postpone with the tour date change, receive a credit note or receive a refund of your deposit paid.
If we have paid deposits/final payments to suppliers which cannot be refunded to us and we have to postpone due to Co-vid lockdowns, we have agreements in place that ensure we can move to an alternative dates and your funds will be protected.
