Price is guaranteed when paid in full
A $5000 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a place on the tour and is payable within 7 days of confirmation
Final payment is due on 20 April 2020
Although we have taken a deposit at times suppliers may ask us for interim payments which we may have to invoice you for.
Travelling Divas reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforseen circumstances
Transfers on departure are group transfers and suggested flight times will be advised. Any transfers outside of this will be own account.
Single supplement applies in addition to the twin share price.
Minimum numbers apply – a minimum of 10 passengers is required for this tour to depart.
If minimum numbers are not reached, we will discuss with those who have booked regarding relevant pricing changes. If the decision is not to proceed a full refund of the deposit will be made.

If you choose the ‘buddy’ sharing option, please note that this is subject to availability. If no-one is available, or if a buddy cancels due to unforseen circumstances, the single supplement will be applied.
Any part of the tour not utilised is non-refundable

Travelling Divas and its associates reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time due to any unforseen circumstances.
Travelling Divas and its associates take all care throughout the tour, but are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind (direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise) you may suffer resulting from cancellation, loss of luggage and personal property, medical expenses and the effects of accident however it is caused. It is your responsibility to insure yourself fully and a condition of travelling with Travelling Divas. Your travel insurance must be a comprehensive policy that includes cover for loss of deposits paid should you be unable to travel, and must include emergency medical evacuation.
Your booking will be accepted on the understanding that you full understand the hazards that can be involved with tours and travel. This includes injury, discomfort and inconvenience.
Please ensure you disclose all food allergies, health issues and any other concerns of this nature on your booking form at the beginning of the booking process, so that this can be managed effectively from confirmation of your booking and so that suppliers/restaurants etc can be advised. Every effort is made to meet your expectations during this experience, but it is necessary for you to make any special requirements known prior to arrival. If you do not advise at the time of booking, Travelling Divas and its associates are not responsible for any issues that arise from this non-disclosure.
Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months. At this time no visas are required for Australian or New Zealand citizens. It is your responsibility to double check as this may change. Other nationalities will need to check.
It is compulsory for all passengers to have comprehensive
travel insurance for travel on this tour including emergency medical evacuation. If you do not have travel insurance you will be unable to travel on this tour. Passport must have a minimum of 6 months validity and a visa maybe required. Please check this requirement and attain a visa if you need one
