Terms and conditions
Space is limited to a maximum of 12 passengers.
A minimum of 8 passengers is required for this experience to depart. If we do not reach those numbers we will reprice the itinerary and discuss with those booked regarding departure. If the tour does not proceed the departure deposit will be refunded.
Any part of the tour not utilised is non-refundable
Price is in Australian dollars and subject to change at anytime. Price is guaranteed once full payment has been received.
An $800 non-refundable deposit is required within 5 days of confirmation. We offer payment via direct deposit or Stripe. Merchant fees will apply with Stripe at the time of payment.
Cancellation of tour due to CoVid border closures – If WA closes its borders after final payment has been made and we are unable to proceed we will operate as per the WA Health advice. If we are unable to travel due to WA closures, the tour will be placed into credit and rescheduled at a later date. If individual states close their borders but WA is still welcoming guests, we will work with our suppliers to retrieve as much as possible and refund those affected.
A $50 non-refundable administration fee applies.

The itinerary is subject to change by Travelling Divas before and during the tour.
Cancellation penalties apply after confirmation. After final payment 100% cancellation fees apply.
We recommend that passengers have cancellation/baggage insurance for this tour.
Meals and activities included are those specified in the itinerary. Any tours and activities that are ‘optional’ are not included in the tour price, will be at your own expense. If you choose not to partake of specified meals/venues and dine outside of those included, then these will be at your expense.

There is no willing-to-share option available at this time due to COVID.
Please be aware that you will need to be able to stand and walk for 1-2 hours at times, sometimes longer depending on the activity in vineyards and areas that may be muddy or rocky. Comfortable walking shoes are a must.
Please ensure you advise all food allergies, health issues and any other concerns of this nature on your booking form at the beginning of the booking process, so that this can be managed effectively on your behalf. Every effort is made to meet your expectations during this experience, but it is necessary for you to make any special requirements known prior to arrival.
Please communicate with your tour leader during the tour if any concerns arise, so that these can be addressed immediately to ensure maximum enjoyment.
Please don’t make assumptions and you are invited to ask as many questions as you need to for clarification at any time.
COVID PROTECTION: We carry face masks, hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes at all times. All suppliers we work with follow COVID safe protocols. Should border closures occur just prior to commencement, we have agreements to protect and place final payments into credit for a postponed date. You will not lose your funds, they will stay with the supplier until the next departure date.
