You must provide a copy of your Insurance Policy to Travelling Divas prior to travel.

Please disclose your level of fitness and any special needs you have and read and agree to our Travel Participation Waiver. You do not need to disclose any special needs, which will not impact on the Tour, however if you do not disclose these needs then they cannot be accommodated for and your ability to participate fully in the Tour may be affected. You acknowledge that some tours or tour activities require a good level of fitness and/ or will not be suitable for persons with disabilities and in order to protect the health, safety or property of other participants, including you, Travelling Divas may have to decline your request to join the Tour or to do some Tour activities. By submitting a Booking Form to join this Tour you are acknowledging the physical demands and hazards involved in the Tour and have chosen to participate at your own risk.
If Travelling Divas is not arranging your airfares then you must provide a copy of your flight schedule when requested by Travelling Divas so transfers can be arranged.

Terms and conditions

These tour specific terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with the Travelling Divas standard terms and conditions.

  • Space is limited to a maximum of 12 passengers.
  • A minimum of 8 passengers is required for this experience to depart. If we do not reach those numbers we will reprice the itinerary and discuss with those booked regarding departure. If the tour does not proceed the departure deposit will be refunded.
    Any part of the tour not utilised is non-refundable
  • Price is in Australian dollars and subject to change at anytime. Price is guaranteed once full payment has been received.
  • A $750 non-refundable deposit is required within 5 days of confirmation.
  • A $75 non-refundable administration fee applies.
  • Full payment is required by 14 July 2023
  • The itinerary is subject to change by Travelling Divas before and during the tour.
  • Cancellation penalties apply after confirmation. After final payment 100% cancellation fees apply.
  • We recommend that passengers have cancellation/baggage insurance for this tour.
  • Meals and activities included are those specified in the itinerary. Any tours and activities that are ‘optional’ are not included in the tour price, will be at your own expense. If you choose not to partake of specified meals/venues and dine outside of those included, then these will be at your expense.
  • Please check www.smarttraveller.gov.au for the latest travel advices
  • You are limited to one small bag plus a backpack or similar only please as we have limited space in the vans.
  • Please be aware that you will need to be able to stand and walk for 1-2 hours at times, sometimes longer depending on the activity in vineyards and areas that may be muddy or rocky. Comfortable walking shoes are a must.
  • Please ensure you advise all food allergies, health issues and any other concerns of this nature on your booking form at the beginning of the booking process, so that this can be managed effectively on your behalf. Every effort is made to meet your expectations during this experience, but it is necessary for you to make any special requirements known prior to arrival.
  • Please communicate with your tour leader during the tour if any concerns arise, so that these can be addressed immediately to ensure maximum enjoyment.
  • Please don’t make assumptions and you are invited to ask as many questions as you need to for clarification at any time.
